Mental Health Awareness Week 11-17 May 2026

During Mental Health Awareness Week, Suffolk is supporting the national “Take Action” campaign, which encourages practical, everyday steps that help protect and improve mental wellbeing – for ourselves, our families and our communities.
Small actions can make a big difference – whether that’s checking in on a neighbour, getting outside, staying connected, or knowing where to turn for support. The national campaign encourages people to take steps that feel realistic and manageable, not overwhelming. Mental Health Awareness Week | Mental Health Foundation
